Manufacturer of galvanic equipment for coating metal products
Wastewater treatment complex
Description.
The wastewater treatment complex is designed for the treatment of electroplating waste from heavy metals, anions, petroleum products, surfactants, and gloss-forming additives.
The supplied wastewater treatment systems are based on the following treatment methods: reagent, electrocoagulation, ion exchange, sorption, and electroflotation.
These cleaning methods are used depending on the required performance of the complex, the need for a complete or incomplete water supply, the initial concentrations of pollutants in the effluent, the requirements of regional environmental organizations for the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants in the treated water for washing operations of galvanic lines.
In general, treatment facilities are divided into two components: the first – basic or pre – treatment, in most cases, the reagent method is used, and the second-post-treatment, its main methods are sorption, ion exchange, reverse osmosis.
If necessary, the wastewater treatment complex can be equipped with a module for the reagent treatment of concentrated wastewater (electrolytes, solutions) or a module for the regeneration of electrolytes (nickel plating, chrome plating, degreasing).
