Equipment for preparation of cyanide solutions

The proposed technical solution allows you to minimize the time spent by a person on a dangerous object and direct contact with cyanide compounds. The process is controlled from a remote control (control cabinet) located outside the room for the preparation of electrolytes.

The dissolution process is carried out according to the program, the algorithm of which is agreed with the customer. In addition, it is possible to manually duplicate individual operations from the remote control (control cabinet).

The program allows the operator to change process parameters such as temperature, duration of processes, volumes for the preparation of solutions and flushes. All data is displayed on the touch screen, which displays the mnemonic diagram of the installation, its current state, and the values of technological parameters in real time.
