Joint-Stock Company “Tambovgalvanotekhnika” named after S. I. Livshits (JSC “TAGAT” named after S. I. Livshits) since 1961 is the country’s leading specialized enterprise for the design and manufacture of equipment for applying electroplating, chemical and anodizing coatings.
During our work, our specialists have designed, manufactured and implemented more than 8000 electroplating lines at home and abroad. In addition, the company produces water treatment systems, sewage treatment plants, supply and exhaust ventilation systems, which allow to comprehensively solve issues related to the preservation of environmental safety, saving expensive materials and water resources.
Currently, JSC ” Tambovgalvanotekhnika” named after S. I. Livshits uses a wide range of polymer materials and metals (polypropylene, polyethylene, fluoroplast, polyvinyl chloride, stainless steels and alloys, titanium, copper, etc.).
During the period of its activity in the design of electroplating equipment, it received 84 copyright certificates for inventions, numerous patents for inventions and certificates for industrial designs. The technical level of the equipment allowed us to supply it to 32 countries, including Cuba, Korea, Iran, Israel, England, Austria, and Sweden.
Today, any product is designed, manufactured and delivered to the customer under its specific technical conditions.
S. I. Livshits TAGAT JSC offers electroplating equipment of any complexity, including multi-process lines with a computer control system.
In addition to the control assembly of the equipment and testing it at idle at the manufacturing plant, S. I. Livshits TAGAT JSC conducts installation or supervision of the equipment, commissioning and training of the customer’s personnel. Performs work on the supply of individual components of electroplating equipment for repair, restoration and modernization, including various components: filter units, special chemical-resistant pumps, air filters, power supplies.
On the application of modern technological processes of electroplating, S. I. Livshits TAGAT JSC closely cooperates with leading companies that supply high-performance gloss-forming additives and special compositions for electroplating processes.

Scientific approach
TAGAT JSC closely cooperates with leading specialists of industry and academic scientific institutions, including the D.I.Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology (Department of Electrochemical Production Technology), Tambov State Technical University.
On the basis of TAGAT JSC, a presentation and evaluation of the effectiveness of new welding equipment provided by manufacturers of equipment and materials for welding plastics, metals and their alloys is regularly held: ESAB Welding & Cutting Products (Sweden), Leister Technologies AG (Switzerland), Wegener Welding LLC (Germany).
One of the company’s employees became the winner of the annual all-Russian competition for the title of the best welder in Russia. On the basis of the joint-stock company “TAGAT”, welders of other enterprises of the region are trained.
Traditionally, an expected and significant event in the industry is the annual scientific and practical conference held by TAGAT Joint Stock Company and dedicated to the trends in the development of electroplating technologies in Russia and abroad. As part of the conference, a demonstration of electroplating lines and other equipment prepared for shipment to consumers is held.
Following the results of the conference, the annual “Bulletin of the manufacturer of equipment for applying electroplating, chemical and anodizing coatings”is published.
